A three decker for sale at 240 Park Street in Dorchester, MA 02124 had a fire on the 3rd floor in August of 2005. This can be verified as a report is on file at the Boston Fire Department. Third and second floor had a fair amount of water damage and warping of woodwork and doorframes. The current owner who knows of this damage is selling the house on his own. Just want anyone interested to be aware of this fact.
